I have listened to the sound-bite a number of times. Fantastic stuff!

However, Rush doesn't go far enough in this. He always used to say.... if you want to know the truth, follow the money. I say dig a little deeper......

OK..... Here's my take on what this whole "illegal immigration" debate is about and why the government seems to be turning a deaf ear to the people's voices on the matter.

The people see things straight - ENFORCE THE LAW. PERIOD. Stop allowing social programs to be misused. Stop shoving bilingual nonsense down our throats. Bottom line - come here legally and assimilate.

However, the Senators don't seem to get that message. Why? Simple - A different Agenda that our opinions don't fit into.

Well, here it is - my take on why this is so out of control.....

I honestly believe that there is a force out there that is pushing for the dissolution of our borders (both north and south) in order to form an American Union (similar to EU). We have NAFTA & CAFTA already. The economy (business & manufacturing secotor) has withstood the first step of the dissolution. The next step is the labor. Following that is monetary (you notice how colorful our dollar bills are getting, lately?) unity. The final nail in the coffin will be some sort of new Constitution which is "current and updated" to fit the needs of our newly formed continental union. That way, the "American Union" can compete with the Eurpoean Union "equally", according to theories.

All this is is pure marxist theory of governmental regulation (thereby control) of business in order to harness and distribute the wealth equally in our hemisphere. The larger the economy, the more wealth to redistribute.

Of course, it's a long way off until that part of things happens..... but doesn't anyone else see the signs?

Look who's behind the movements for Amnesty - communist and marxist groups. And they're up to the same tricks with the same old "blah, blah, blah... racists....xenophobe...imperialist... blah, blah, blah.....". That's all I need to know.

You are right...It also parrots exactly the policy position laid out by the Council on Foreign Relations, the Canadian Council on Chief Executives, and Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales report entitled "Building a North American Community" dated 2005. See it referenced with a link at http://www.humaneventsonline.com/article.php?id=14965.

It details the plan to use several methods to create the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP).

I don't ever remember voting to get rid of my country's sovereignty, but it will be done through treaties all confirmed by the Senate, and the Supreme Court will never over turn a treaty because it infringes on my individual constitutional rights.

They have made treaties for manufcturing. Now theyy are working to "equalize" the labot markets with Mexico and Canada. It is all a policy established in the 2005 CFR report.

Good points you bring up and something I forgot about. Years ago I saw three countries mapped out into ONE - USA/Canada/Mexico.

I agree with the above but as you said regarding Rush, I don't think you go far enough. This is not just about competition. The regional groupings are just the next, and most important step, to the coming world government. The CFR is actually calling for a global confederacy of 10 regional powers.

Rev 17:12-14

12 "The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. 13 They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. 14 They will make war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will overcome them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings-and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers."
(from New International Version)

Enforcing the law also means deporting illegal aliens. Don't hold your breath waiting for any office holder to actually obey the law and do this. America is being transformed into something else- come to California and see your future.

You are dead on about where this is all headed. My eyes were opened last year from what my daughter was learning in her Political Science class. Her texts were Globalism by Manfred Steger, and International Politics on the World Stage by John Rourke. Here's a statement in the epilogue of the latter:

"There are few anymore who really try to defend the system of assertive sovereignty as adequate for the future. Clearly, it is not. What is less certain is what to do next and how to do it. Cooperation, humanitarianism, enlightenment, and other such words provide easy answers, but they are vague goals. Real answers are difficult to come by. They may involve tough choices; we may be asked to give up some things now so that they will not be taken later, to curb our lifestyle, to risk arms control in the hope of avoiding nuclear war, and to think of the world in terms of 'we.'"

Students were also provided with a copy of "The Earth Charter," the brainchild of Mikhail Gorbachev. At the link, click on Read the Earth Charter. It seems fairly benign at the beginning, but becomes alarming by the end. Read it carefully. You will also learn much by Googling the Earth Charter. The plan is for these ideals to be inculcated through the schools AND the churches.

Here's another good link that lays everything out. Everything in the essay is consistent with what my daughter was taught in her college class.

Also Google "United Religions Initiative" and "Green Cross," founded by Gorbachev. I also found useful information by googling "universal religion".
