Much as I don't agree with him politically at all, truth is that Alec Baldwin's cameo in "Glegarry Glen Ross" was outstanding, especially when you consider the other talent in that flick.
The scene in the movie Malice where he played a doc and he admits to having a God complex was priceless
Agreed. One of the best scenes ever. My favorite scene in movie history was the confrontation between Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper in True romance.
I saw GlenGarry, Glenn Ross in it's recent revival with Alan Alda, Liev Schreiber, Gordon Clapp, Tom Wopat, Jeffrey Tambor (sorry, I can't recall the other two) it was GREAT!!! Alda (another polical pinhead) was absolutely great. I didn't like Lemmon in the flick, he was absolutely annoying in his "how many nervous tic's can I fit in this scene"
Baldwin's flaky liberal politics aside, he is one of America's greatest actors. His monologue in Glengarry Glen Ross was hair-raising brilliance.
