He inherited a growing economy that he managed not to screw up, and he had the Commie media on his side. If not for the last two, he would have been a one-termer, and would have been tied with (or ahead of) Jimmy Carter for the worst President ever.
Nope Poppy Bush screwed that one up all by himself. He would not have gotten the majority of Perot votes as most would have likely stayed home instead.
