It finally rained here last week and now there isn't a square inch of my arms or neck that doesn't have a mosquito bite.

(I think "Family OFF wit Deet" means that the mosquito brings the whole family to feast)

At the beach in Chincoteague, VA, the town sprays regularly. Mostly there are no mosquitos, occasionally if they haven't sprayed for 4 or 5 days there are some. Maybe they are not spraying frequently enough in your area. Call city hall and ask.

I know you will find this hard to believe. Plant a mimosa tree, they grow fast and mosquito's will not go under them.
