While the money may be appropriated, I seriously doubt W will spend it on the fence. His heart is bent on citizenship and guest workers, and not a fence.

Fence 3-5 billion.

The cost of not building the wall(and backing it up) is far greater than the piddling dollars mentioned.

Indeed! And whether it's overpriced or not, at least there's a derived benefit, which is more than we can say for the wasting of most of the rest of our tax dollars.
