Only if they don't count Saturdays and Sundays during your period of absence. In that case it's about 17 days worth of leave, and deducting the 10 federal holidays, that means the troops are only entitled to a week's worth of leave in a year.

I accumulated 60 days leave upon separation. I got a check for 2 months pay. They did not deduct weekends and Holidays.
