Over the last 15 years there's been an incredible demographic change.

I would still like to see the workforce profile. I do not believe it is that much different from the national workforce profile or the Federal workforce profile twenty years ago.

It's dramatically different. At one time one of the major occupations was to be a government warehouse worker. That's mostly gone. Even the janitorial services are contracted out (GS 2, GS 3)
Your GS 4 typists and GS 5 clerk/typists are mostly gone ~
