Reported in numerous sources, mostly based on the Canadian report, but also reported in London in al-Sharq al-Awsat, an Arabic language paper which would presumably favor the changes.
It could be be a hoax, but it takes more that a poster who registered today to establish that.
I would agree however a question has been raised so at this point the story it is neither confirmed True or confirmed Hoax

So bottom line the story and it's "it's a Hoax" counter are both echoing all over the net at this point....so it may take a bit to confirm what is and is not....monitoring
