I heard an interesting argument when reading a Rush transcript. Compare their attitude on the war on drugs to the war on ILLEGAL immigration. They don't throw their hands up in despair and say we can't stop the war on drugs do they? They sure do when it comes to illegal immigration.

We don't have enough room in prisons for millions of undocumented bank employees. It will cost more to incarcerate them than the money they "worked" ("unlawfully" seize from banks) to get out of the economy. But, if I were you I would wait until there are more undocumented bank employees before becoming one.
