Rep. King understands the situation perfectly, The President doesn't want to do anything that inconveniences any illegal alien. He clearly doesn't feel any obligation to represent the American people on this subject, his only feelings of obligation are toward Vincente Fox and the "potential citizens" (and voters) Mexico sends over the border.
