Nobody has been banned. Actually, all they received was a polite warning to knock it off. Please get your facts straight before accusing next time. Thank you.

It does seem more reasonable to give a poster a "warning" before they are "banned." Although I've seen bannings happen without a warning.

I've had news threads which, even when I designate as Extended News, are removed from any sidebar category, yet a vanity rant is "Breaking News."

I am not following the logic here. And I am still wondering why a poster who made a death threat on forum was not banned.

If the info about the fake Bush doc's was posted to the Friday Silliness thread, then that thread (Friday Silliness) understandably becomes breaking news.

Sometimes the breaking news is in a reply, not in the original story.
