You're going against the purpose of FR, which is to defeat democrats and never give them control of Congress or the White House.
My impression is that, although most all of us agree with that particular goal, the purposes of FR are many, including acting as a source of news and conservative commentary not available on the MSM, furnishing a forum for conservatives to participate in stimulating, civil discussions about current events and other topics, a bulletin board for useful conservative activism, and a community of virtual extended family. In other words, this is not a one-issue forum.

Many of us once joined up on a state's list to get our flag displayed but found that we just got spammed a lot by people who were exploiting that state's list for their own purposes. I don't know if the mods ever addressed the problem but I just never went back to check.
So many people have had, in the past at least, reasons not to sign up for a state list.
