Well, PD, it looks like you sure fired up the troops with the latest rant. You done good, real good.

Before you posted your rant I was thinking how much abuse President Bush, Vice President Cheney and Secretary Rumsfeld endure, yet they persevere in the face of it. What motivates them? It's certainly not the money; all of them made lots more money in the private sector. They've all lived lives of achievement before 2000, so it's not that either. It has to be their sense of duty and love of their country that drives them.

I know a lot of us keep these men in our prayers, but we all need to make a special effort to thank the Lord for them and continue to lift them up in prayer.
