It is funny how the states you claim are filled with those getting handouts are PRECISELY the states which subsidize many other through the federal tax system. Illinois pays part of the subsidy Tennessee gets. Plus it gives money to the descendents of those who fled TN, MS, AR, and LA because of the threat by the RAT machines in those states. The city in which I live is the economic generator for an entire region.
