Do I believe the President will sign it as written?

Moot question that can only be answer by him. What I've observed with this President is that he seems to understand and support the roll that Congress plays in our system of government. I think the President will consider the plan eventually sent to him by Congress.

I haven't read the bill, but many have and reported their finding, from both viewpoints. I think he would sign it; it seems to give him virtually everything he's been asking for.

What do you see as flaws in the bill that would lead him to veto it?
