Isn't that from corrupt docs, rather than corrupt government? I don't know about the LAPD story. I do know Bratton has a very good reputation, and I would be amazed that he is corrupt. What does corruption mean? Are the cops taking bribes, stealing drug stashes, doing black bag jobs, or what?
