Seems to me, that we ought to start deducting say $10,000-25,000 from remittances back to Mexico for every assault on the fence, perhaps for every illegal that gets across.

If we don't sock Mexico where it hurts the ruling elite there, hard to fight it all on the border.

There are a lot of countries where I'd like to see US foreign aid dry up. Many more of a priority than Mexico, IMO, but I get your drift. I hope we hang tough with the Palestinians, for instance.
