That picture is reason enough for everyone to take a few days off...cool their heads and realize what the alternative is.

The Democrats will win in November because of what George Bush said Monday night, and what the Republican Senate did on Tuesday. A complete lack of perspective. Al Qaeda is licking it chops at the prospects of a Democrat controlled government, with it's reliance on platitudes and UN police actions. They will wait patiently until a Democrat is at the helm, and they will launch the most devestating series of strikes the world has ever seen. They can do this largely because their state sponsors will know that they will not be retailiated against with a Democrat in office.
The War on Terror should be the overriding issue for patriots.

Nice post.
Let me sum it up this way.
I was a Perot supporter against Bush1. Ross Perot had a history of being a great friend to the military, and I was angry with Bush1 over "no new taxes" and cutbacks in the military that resulted in less flying hours for pilots in training.
Perot supporters are responsible for Bill Clinton.
Bill Clinton is responsible for 911.
I have major guilt that I helped elect Bill Clinton.
I will never, EVER again work against the GOP if it means that another stinkin Democrat might run this country.
I hope that is sufficient explanation for my philosophy.

I got suspended for a day about a week ago after typing "smooch" to Admin Mod. Gotta be careful who you give a virtual kiss to I guess.

that ..... regardless [of the] President or Republican Party's ... adherence to Conservative principles, that they are still a clear choice over the alternative Democrat Party rule.I cannot more strenuously disagree.
Republican rule is most notable for its utter liberalism. From increasing the department of education, to actively flaunting border security, to massive spending in every area -- including freakin' prescription drugs -- I can barely tell the difference.
Probably the Repub's best record comes on guns and SCOTUS appointments. Other than that, I see little reason not to bash.

And he said it with a perfectly straight face. He either believes it or he is a tremendously talented liar. Oh I don't take some of them seriously .. I look at the bills and their votes
Heck Babs Boxer was up yesterday saying she was against a guest worker's program and supported Isakson's amendment .. and when that failed ... turned around and praised Salazar's amendment
Yesterday McCain was up giving a speech saying that people from other countries have rights in our country

Hey Miss Cleo, you're wrong. Let me play Miss Cleo with your post. Had I posted about EV, I would have named him and pinged him. After all, EV is the only poster we have here who was offered a White House job by Karl Rove and refused him.
News to you, but I work in campaigns and actually know paid campaign worker(s).
Maybe you need to step back from your keyboard and MYOB.

From time to time there are good posts on this forum. Often, there are posts that are nothing but garbage.
The post you just did rises to the level of Great....you do your country proud and you serve it with Honor.
Thank you very much for your words.

Immigration has to be the #1 issue. Gee, and I thought we were at WAR with radical Islam, who is intent upon acquiring the bomb if they already have'nt, and using it on American on cities. Where have my priorities been?

..it was once said as a warning to the world, to not let vigorous debate within the American family be misconstrued as a sign of weakness--to do so could be fatal.
So it is with political discourse among principled conservatives.
I can call my President (for whom I voted twice) ten kinds of stupid for some of his policies, but at the end of the day, I will not do one thing to harm the movement which Ronald Reagan began--to do so would put me on the wrong side of the political spectrum as well as history...

I agree with you but I think you are being disengenous to yourself and others to claim that people have not been banned from FR becuase they didn't tote the politically correct position of the day, that is they were vociferous in their beliefs to the point they were canned simply as a way to shut them up.Heck, I wish that were true! Lord have mercy, how I wish that were true.
Hey, Lead Mod, if you ever do start enforcing such a policy, can I submit some nominations?!?!?
Naaahhhh, on second thought, I have more fun tormenting them. :-p
