Thanks, Mercat. Actually, there are more W supporters out here tonight than I figured there would be.

W rocks. I have never taken my refrigerator magnet down and I wish I had left the bumper sticker on my car. I just figured that a flag and a fish were enough but I guess that they're not.

Oh, there are Bush supporters here.

Mostly I'm scrolling through all the venting going on.

For the average American this was a good speech with good suggestions for getting a handle on the problem.

And I hope all the rabid conservatives keep on venting as that has made it possible for Bush to beef up his border enforcement suggestions and still seem moderate. A year ago they would have seemed radical.

Interesting how the Dems in the DBM ratchet up the dialog, egging on our rabid conservatives, hoping they will desert the Republicans in the elections, and end the end they often just get the American people to agree that something tougher needs to be done....

...and also forced the Dems in the Congress to relent to tougher measures, ones they would have filibustered and killed before.

So, everyone keep venting away....especially those of you who lure the Dems into believing you will never, ever vote for a Republican again if Bush doesn't build King Kong's wall at the border, and sent the Special Forces house to house to shoot any illegals found in the U.S.

Have fun. :-)
