That is probably the reason why the HAVA act has not been done.
They are supposed to have a voter list completed, voter eligible, not vote age as they would like it to be. This gives the dems in the city an overwhelming majority in the assembly and out number us because of it.
They count all the illegals for representation.
Clinton had a formula---figured the number of votes according to how many he let in.
