The bloody 8th is always tough. Hostettler had a tough race with a guy that lives at home with his parents. Beating a sherriff will be a bigger task.
So in your view is this a loss?
I will go with Hostettler.
>>Hostettler had a tough race with a guy that lives at home with his parents.
I would think this would've helped him run strong with the party base, though, since so many could identify with this.
I thought Sodrel(R) vs Hill(D) would make the list
My feeling is that Hostettler will be in for a tough campaign but he will win.
9th District IN, Mike Sodrel (R) will need lots of money and lots of help to defeat Baron Hill. This will be a hard fought campaign. I will be doing a lot of work for Sodrel's campaign.
Ours (Dave Reichert, the sheriff who caught the Green River Killer,) is about to be beaten. The Dems told us he was a Dem, before he ran the first time, but he ran as a Republican so we voted for him. One term told us we should have listened. The guy's a Dem in sheriff's clothing. He's about to be a one-termer.
