It's not a zero sum game. You can deport a million a year but there are at least a million coming in to replace them. I would say the best you could do under the most draconian measures would be to cut the new crossers by half. That stills leaves the balance unaccounted for and since even illegals are given due process rights, the immigration courts would grind to a halt.
