That I wholeheartedly concur with... Did you see this morning that a judge in California ruled it was illegal to force HS Seniors pass a proficiency exam before they could graduate -- his reasoning: Too many can't speak or understand English therefore they can't understand the exam and should not be expected to show they are proficient enough to graduate.

Granted, not the greatest example since it's a liberal, California Judge, but you'd think even a liberal would expect someone graduating to be able to speak and understand English.

It is my firm position that the leftists are in league with the Marxists in Mexico, so the judge's ruling is not that surprising. California's proposition denying illegals use of public facilities was struck down by the Ninth Circuit.

Rather than targetting the President, who may have a few ideas which we don't agree with, I think we should be concentrating on finding out why any effort we make towards controlling this situation are undermined by the courts and the liberals in Congress and the state legislatures.
