I will leave if JR tells us there are "protected members" who are not to be contended with or who can post and then tell others not to respond. I want no part of one way opinion forums. If this forum is not open to honest views even if they do not comport with a majority then it has no value except propaganda. I have voted GOP for 40 years and never voted Democrat but I tell you if they get this one wrong and I find a Democrat or Dogcatcher or Independent, or anyone else qualified to run (sorry for the association, dogcatchers) who will promise to enforce our immigration laws I will vote for them. I have a sense that I am not alone and don't accuse me of trying to bring the GOP down. It's trying to get them to do the right thing I'm after, and if they come down it will be their own fault. No one here can honestly blame anyone of the opinion that Bush is severely failing us, for damaging the GOP, nor should you condemn us for not voting for someone who so badly fails our country.

Single issue conservatives who are angry and strident are bad for conservatives. I have not read enough of your posts to know if you are one, but if you are, I say if you want to leave, then we will be better off without you.

This is a Conservative forum, not a party-line forum. As long you're promoting Conservative values, I don't see why there should be a problem.

Re: protected members -- short of a direct admission, one can make a determination by inference with a preponderance of evidence.

I have never been so embarassed for America as I was tonight listening to this President's speech that consisted of hawking for protection of illegal aliens (and Mexico) over border protection for the citizens of the United States. Pure crap, as expected. He could have hit a home run, but again he struck out.

Mexico (and Vicente) must be cheering. We should be hiding our faces in shame.

America will wake up when they realize the costs of this insanity.
