To wit, Bush has been charged with illegal SPYING on (1) the original wiretaps, and (2) yesterday's phone database story. He asserts (and I fully agree) that his Constitutional duties to first & foremost protect the republic TRUMP whatever topical laws/procedures may be in place.
Since he's absolutely willing to go to the mat over national security in the WoT, why isn't he willing to engage in even the slightest push regarding our southern invasion? Hint: it's because he doesn't WANT to.
This whole problem could be cleared up today with a few choice EOs & directives so that he could announce the new programs Monday night. But we won't see that, now will we?

2) The National Guard is being deployed to the border.
