Well, list the federal holidays that aren't always Monday and. I get 7/4, 11/11 (Is Veteren's Day a Federal Holiday?) and 12/25. I don't think the Friday after Thanksgiving is a holiday, but I can't recall for sure without hitting Google....
I really don't think the question implies it's a Friday of every year. It just says "...it's Friday and the post office is closed."
