This is NOT about illegals' rights after they're arrested. This is about our government being complicit in helping criminals avoid being caught!

According to three documents on the Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations Web site, the U.S. Border Patrol is to notify the Mexican government as to the location of Minutemen and other civilian border patrol groups when they participate in apprehending illegal immigrants

Notice the bolded clause.

This is insane, this would mean if I call in a tip about smuggling or illegals (which I do) to BP, then they have to tell the Mexican Government who and where I am?? That is all the Minutemen are doing, phoning in information.

I know you did not write this, but surely with your LE background you can see what is wrong with this picture.
