get the right judge on appeal, and his conviction could be tossed out. let's not kid ourselves here folks, this guy is going to be a superstar figure for every ACLU and human rights watch lawyer, bringing every appeal imaginable on his behalf into the court system.

This was his plan from the start. BY pleading guilty and the changing his plea he is hoping to assure himself appeals. He is mocking the system and I hope that people have the presenc eof mind to just deny him appeal and stick him away and be done with it.
Fine. The court can remove his life sentence after he dies.
this guy was willing to fly a plane into a building, he's hardly scared by supermax.
this is simply a planned part of his legal team's strategy to drag this country through the mud, using him, and our own judicial system, as the tools.
