ON PURPOSE.. Bush could easily raise his ratings(among republican voters).. but won't.. The seeds of revolt by republican voters didn't just happen, it was ON PURPOSE..
Course some think George Bush is Stupid.. I do not.. its ON PURPOSE... Bush knows exactly what hes doing.. Its the republican faithfull that are stuck on stupid.. The Shrub knows exactly what hes doing, its ON PURPOSE.. As did Clinton and operatives at the MENA airport.. You do know the Mexican gov't is not a gov't at all, its a Drug Cartel, you know that right?.. i.e. illegal and legal aliens/mules(democrats)
