That is what I am hearing also, you have to get with someone that knows what is going on. I think for once the Government is pushing understanding and patience with such a huge overhaul of a system, and even though it was off to a rocky start it is doing great for People that stuck with it. I believe that CVS Pharmacies(formerly Eckerd Drug) had a really tough time at first in my county. I don't know about anywhere else, but usually is there is a problem in one area it is a widespread Company problem, and they are all over America now.
My Eckerd pharmacist didn't have a clue. My son, who does some financial planning had the information for me and insisted I not wait, but try Humana.
