At 5'3" and kind of skinny, I'm just not big enough to make a good prison guard. Never mind that I'm a man and a former Marine.

Prison guards should be men (except maybe at women's prisons). They should be big weight-lifting-King-Kong-Godzilla types.

Anyone who has to control 100 prisoners while unarmed had better be some kind of steroid monster.

Most COs have to pass physical requirements to get the job. If a woman can pass them, then what's the problem?
