Spending is out of control because he has never vetoed a single bill, created a new unfunded entitlement, doubled the budget of the department of education, and basically just been a sleep at the wheel on spending.

House Republicans tend to be more conservative, but there are very few Senate Conservatives.

Because of his Tax Cuts. In which he has not made permanent so we shall see how long the economy can keep going with high oil prices and Tax Increases.
