Here is something you can try before deleting the program.

Open Windows Media Player
Click on Tools
Options
Network tab,
lower section you will see "Streaming Protocols"
Click on HTTP
Configure
Change from "Use proxy settings of the Web Browser". to "Do not use a proxy server"

I tried that, I think it's a compatibility problem, I have XP and Windows 10 should run on it, BUT it ran before I did the upgrade and not since. SO I think I will save all the good information you all have given me and try it Sunday morning. I want to listen to Mark tonight, so I don't want to do anything dumb right now. LOL
