IIRC, Negroponte didn't want the Iraqi docs released to the public. What was up with that?
I should have given better context for that.
On FOX they were discussing how vital Goss feels reform is- how hard he was fighting for it at CIA. This was one of the sources of disagreement between Goss and Negroponte.
Now- whether that means Negroponte isn't a strong supporter of reform- I can't really say. Let's hope my gut is wrong.
