Really? From what we know, these guys had short vests or jackets that did not even cover their holsters adequately - I have not been able to determine what type of holster was involved, but open carry holsters are different than cc holsters, which generally do not have retention straps (e.g., thumb breaks or more complex devices) but it is certainly possible they had the intent to brandish - given the circumstances and statutes cited above, I think at the very least they should have their permits yanked. Did you know in Alabama, you cannot take firearms to demonstrations? This situation was volatile enough as is. As to "anonymous" do you have some information that the 9-1-1 call was not ID'd?
