"(I don't think it is a law)"
Actually, it is. Frivolous use of a postage paid reply envelope has been successfully prosecuted as mail fraud, chiefly against rabid anti-"junk mail" sorts, who have been known to send every one they encounter back just to create an expense and an annoyance. Prepaid return shipping labels have been attached to rocks ... you get the picture. If it gets to be too big of an issue (and they do have to pay for every single one sent), you can bet they'll come after you if they can find you.
Brandishing a weapon is in no way inciting a riot, despite what you Brady Republicans might think.
What training has the department given on open carry contacts and are they consistent with that training?
LOL - it can be.
just because they say they are not doesn'y mean anything.
We know they are they know they are, and the gov't will let them get away with it.

this is what happens
and they will let it continue.
so it looks like we have to bend over to "assist" the poeple who are invading our country.
Seems inevitable.
But they want us to cower down and just accept everything I say f* that crap.
Don't let these people win.
I always do. This way there is no problem with frivolity because I'm paying for it.
Welcome back BTW. You're typically less annoying than the others on your side. Glad the suspension was not permanant.
Thanks - it said I was suspended for "advocating violence" even though I did not - so I guess I know what it feels like to be these counter-protesters arrested "wrongly" ; )
Tell it to the officers violating the Constitution.
Which officers? The Second Amendment does not protect taking firearms to demonstrations in Alabama, for instance.
Those who wanted the chance for American citizenship should have applied for legal entry. That's the law.
What does filing taxes improve their standing? If they enter the country illegally and then use false identification in order to get a ss#, and then use that falsly acquired ss# to file taxes and get a refund...how many more laws have they broken?
I don't know what 2nd Amendment you're reading, but it's not the same as the one I'm reading.
"use false identification in order to get a ss#, and then use that falsly acquired ss# to file taxes and get a refund"
That would be identity theft and tax fraud, criminal activity for us mere citizens.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Where do you draw the line?
Do you think our borders with Mexico and Canada should be wide open to all sorts of illegal activities?
Does the United States have the right to secure the borders?
Do you think anyone who wants to come into this country should be allowed to?
Do you think we have the right to check people out before they come into this country?
Do you think anyone who wants US Citizenship should be granted it without any requirements?
Should anyone who wants to work here be allowed to, even if we have enough employees here already?
Should citizens of this country have to compete with citizens of another country for jobs here?
Is it all right with you if terrorists can just walk right into this country?
Should a citizen of another country be allowed to get free medical care at our facilities?
Do you believe the Southwest belongs to the United States or do you think it belongs to Mexico or La Raza or some other group? Who do you think legally owns the Southwest right now?
Do you believe in following the law, or only those you happen to agree with?
The Second Amendment does not protect taking firearms to demonstrations in Alabama, for instance.
"Maybe these counter-protesters wanted to commit suicide then"
The tacit assumption underlying your comment is that the protestors themselves were armed. A correct assumption, in my opinion. But, no hue and cry, and no arrests. Does this not bother you at all?
Do you realize that not all illegals are good people?
