Chena, he feels he won because he's not going INTO the situation that I recommended for him. He won't be in solitary, he will have lots of interaction with guards, he will get mail, etc. He knows that he will be able to communicate with outside terrorists but if he was kept in solitary all of the time and had no mail right, I think he would prefer death. I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to hang himself or something in jail.If he won't be in solitary and he will have all the other things you mentioned in your comment, then one would assume that you would then prefer that he be put to death. Why would you want him to be able to communicate with outside terrorists to plot and plan once again the destruction and murder of Americans?

Well I think that he should have special treatment and be allowed no outside contact due to the terrorist situation, even though it won't happen. Like it reallyh matters what I think anyway. I'm just a peon with my views and the decision has already been made.
