There is no way that ZM was guilty of a capital offense under our civil laws, and the jury was right to do what they did.
ZM violated the laws of war, and his punishment was up to the Department of Defense, at which they flagrantly failed.
You might be right there, but then it's up to the People to mop up, and they failed to do so, imho.
