I recommend Perma-Seal Resurfacing Compound.
A colorized opaque coating for use on vinyl and fabric materials. It is available in a choice of over 1000 colors in either a gloss or satin finish. This is a water based product containing special resins for total flexibility and may be padded, brushed, rolled or sprayed. Proper application will aid the product against peeling, chipping or cracking for a full 2 years.
