So tell me why our hypothetical landlord depends on illegals rather than legals to preserve his business. Perhaps because illegal immigrants work harder. They make more money. They crowd into one building, and they can afford to pay higher rent than others who are not used to living together like sardines.

And I'm supposed to be sympathetic to someone whose entire business is dependent on clients who break all the rules in the market he operates in?
You might as well be defending the business of the guy that supplies trashy clothes to the local crack whores.
Not only that, prove to me these illegals will still be so hard working once they can't be penalized for being illegal.
