I just finished running 6 miles with a big ole AMERICAN FLAG. As I crossed back and forth across Grand Rapids, dozens of cars honked and people cheered, raised their fists, thumbs up, "Hell Yeah", basket ball games stopped and "All right Bro", people on buses going home waved, some old veteran even started running beside me and I handed him the flag for a few blocks...... even a few "OORRAAAHs".
AMEN.
Lets all get out and run with OLD GLORY held high in our fists. We the People ......
