I had a small band of Mexicans (appx 30) parade past my work Friday, prominently holding a large American flag and an assortment of placards spouting the usual stuff - I'm not a criminal, equal rights for this and that... everyone of them looked to be about high school age (I wonder how many skipped school to be in the march?)

As they passed by, I just looked at them and shook my head. What threatens to be lost in all the hubbub is that Americans aren't against LEGAL immigration, just the illegal kind. We haven't done enough to stress that point, and it doesn't help that the media lumps them both together to the benefit of the protesters, who use it as an excuse to scream discrimination and work up sympathy for their cause.

Actually I like this idea... By being closed today, That lets me know who is hiring or supporting illegal immigrants. I will be boycotting those business' from now on. Thanks for letting us know who the enemy is!
