From the Washington Post:

State police and traffic reporters around the region said the morning rush hour was noticeably lighter than usual, a calm that some said could be the result of fewer immigrants driving into work. But while some restaurants -- a Wendy's in Arlington, for example, a Corner Bakery restaurant in Northwest and the French La Chaumier in Georgetown -- were closed because of the boycott, local hotels reported that only a few people requested the day off and others showed up for work as usual.

Americans have been told we're having to pay outrageous prices at the pump because we use so much gas. Imagine how much lower the demand would be if there were no illegals. Imagine how much of our tax dollar we'd have to spend on our own families - medical, dental, food, housing, education, etc. Speaking of education, imagine how less expensive college would be if we weren't allowing illegals to pay in-state tuition - of course using Pell Grants and such. Look on any college site and you'll see they give special perks in applications of low income/minorities with ESL... can you say illegals.
