There should be a national data base with card #s, pictures and fingerprints and all non-citizens and citizens should be available to employers in that data base for verification of who people are by law.

The employers should be made to verify their people by law with the data base and that would be it. Anyone else not doing that gets jail and fines.

If the Supreme Court finds they can be prosecuted under RICO, bad things, very bad things, WILL happen to them!! Under that particular set of laws they can get jail time, fines, and in extreme cases, seizure of property. If there is indeed a conspiracy, within a business, to hire illegals, why wouldn't they qualify under RICO? They will probably rule in June. I can't wait!
