No, because people not paying their legal taxes are more of a threat to this country than otherwise law abiding illegal aliens.

Give me a break. Many, if not most illegals pay no income taxes, they drive unlicensed and uninsured, they don't vaccinate their kids, their drunken driving is the stuff of machismo legend...Shall I go on about relative threats to the public?

Actually, there was a surge this year of illegal aliens filing past tax returns and even paying fines, so as to start documenting their residence in the country. How about the ones who get all the appropriate vaccinations, heck, some even get English tutors for their kids, or those who don't drive, drunk or not, but have to walk or take public transportation everywhere?
