Welcome! Glad to have you. 'bttt' means 'back to the top'. It means a reply which, hopefully, will send the post back to the top of the main listing.
You'll find any number of the acronyms here. If you search, you'll find a help page that explains a lot of them. At the moment I don't recall where it's at. Perhaps others can help in that regard.
