Palm Beach Post
Conservative radio commentator Rush Limbaugh has turned himself in to face fraud charges filed by the Palm Beach County State Attorney's office.

Limbaugh is charged with fraud and conceling information to obtain a prescription. He is being held on $3,000 bond.

According to Limbaugh's attorney, Roy Black, the radio host has reached an agreement with the state attorney's office. Limbaugh will be charged with a single fraud count which will be dismissed after 18 months, Black says, so long as he continues to seek treatment for his drug addiction.

Limbaugh has also agreed to pay $30,000 to the state to defray the cost of the investigation, according to Black
