I'm very sad over this actually. He pled out no doubt. The prosecutor can claim victory, the lunatic fringe at some of their popular places are probably beside themselves with glee. They misused the law to get another conservative. What they should understand is they are destroying this country because we will ultimatly have no faith that the law will be properly dispensed.
