That's what I thought--thanks
Just getting home....haven't read the whole thread...but did listen to Mark Levin driving home...so I know what is going on..
Re: what you posted rod, isn't it ironic that this happened on the same day they are reporting that MEXICO is making drugs legal...LOL
Okay...THIS photo is going in a frame! ;-)
I don't believe it has been PROVEN, but one side effect of the drugs Rush was using is hearing loss.
These rabid prosecutors would never have done anything like this to anyone else. It's only being done because its Rush and he is the leader of the conservative movement.
What was that machine? A "disgramophacator" or something like that.
Yeah, and this "unschooled DJ who found a schtick" has helped elect more Republicans than you ever could....even in your dreams.
Your post smacks of pure jealousy.
"Seems to me a pretty brilliant mind, AND a showman."
Agreed LS. But bear in mind, some think he talks about golf too much and some disagree with some of his opinions. And now we've learned he is a sinner, which of course makes him a "hypocrite" - so never mind what he's done for the cause of freedom in this country - it's off to prison with him!!

This just in, from Yahoo! NEWS:
Press Release Source: Rush Limbaugh Reports Stating Rush Limbaugh Was Arrested Are Inaccurate; Limbaugh's Attorney Holds Press Conference at 8:00 pm Tonight

Well .. when a warrant is issued for your arrest, it's better to turn yourself in and bond out than wait for them to come after you. It doesn't mean Rush is guilty .. it doesn't mean he's going to jail. This is a routine matter.
Here's the key to the warrant: "... warrant was for fraud to conceal information to obtain prescription."
I find their wording interesting .. "fraud to conceal" - RUSH DIDN'T CONCEAL ANYTHING - the prosecutors had his doctor files and had them long enough to read through them - if there was anything to find - they could have found it. THEY DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING - SO THEY ARE CHARGING HIM WITH CONCEALING SOMETHING HE HAD NO REASON TO HIDE.
It's Stupid!
But he had to answer the warrant - no way out of that.
And .. since the prosecutor is planning to drop the ONE CHARGE THEY COULD PHONEY UP after 18 months - IT TELLS YOU THEY HAD NOTHING TO CHARGE HIM WITH AND THIS IS JUST A RUSE TO GET HIS FACE AND NAME ON THE POLICE BLOTTER.
JERKS!
Here's the DUmpster thread:

Plenty of weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth over there, along with cries of "unfair", etc.
Okay, you don't like Rush Limbaugh.
Let it go.
Remember their names.
That is a common occurrence here...s/he is a disruptor.
Personally, I would pay every cent of the "fine" and that idiotic supervision fee in loose pennys.
Then file suit against the entire staff of that county DA and the MSM for slander and malicious prosecution.
Entering a plea has nothing whatsoever to do with guilt.
Entering a plea to a charge establishes whether you would have a trial or be sentenced by a judge.
If you enter a plea of "not guilty" you are entitled to a jury - if you enter a plea of "guilty" you are not entitled to a jury - and a judge will pronounce your sentence.
It's that simple. The media tries to maintain that someone pleading "not guilty" somehow means that the person is not guilty. That's just plain gnorance!!
They misspelled his middle name. It's Hudson.
