How long has it been on?
A couple of years, I think. They've struggled from the very start. And then they got in trouble last year for using funds earmarked for a children's charity to pay some of their bills, or something like that (I don't remember all the details). They've had low ratings from the very start, but apparently they completely collapsed in the recent Arbitrons!
